More than coaching. Building a football career you can be proud of.
Most coaches receive support on what they do on the pitch. Very few receive support on who they are becoming as a football professional. The FCA Coach Advisor service exists for that second part — career decisions, role identity, confidence, and building a sustainable life in football.
What the Coach Advisor service is — and isn't
This is not therapy. It is not a coaching licence course. It is not a performance analysis of your sessions.
It is a structured, confidential space for football coaches to think clearly about their career, their identity in the game, and the professional challenges they face. Think of it as having a senior, experienced football professional in your corner — someone who understands the Swedish football environment, has worked at the highest grassroots and semi-professional levels, and has no agenda other than helping you grow.
Six areas we work through together
Every session is shaped by what you need — not a fixed curriculum.
Career
pathway
Understanding your options — licences, roles, levels — and building a realistic plan to get where you want to go in football.
Confidence and resilience
Managing self-doubt, setbacks, and the emotional weight of caring deeply about your team and players.
Role
identity
Who you are as a coach, what you stand for, and how to lead with clarity and confidence in any environment.
Transition
support
Moving from player to coach, volunteer to professional, or one club environment to another — navigating change with clarity.
Difficult
conversations
Handling conflicts with parents, club boards, players, and colleagues — with skill, not stress.
Life as a
coach
Balancing coaching with work, family, and personal wellbeing — building a sustainable relationship with the game.
